Hey everyone !
Currently i have bmw 7 series black , i am not satisafied with its performance , i want to purchase Mercedes Benz s-class, i want to know public views about it.
please give me your suggestions based on your experiences. i should buy this or not ?

BMW is a better performer than mb, excluding amg models. However, Benz is much more luxury ( my opinion on all of this)
Do some research on boards and read reviews on sites such as c&d.

Mercedes is cheaper than BMW
Hey 745japan ! you really found mercedes is cheaper than BMW ?? I heard opposite from someone , there any price list of BMW and Mercedes available on the internet please share the link , well i am also in the favour to buy mercedes

Go buy that ride! I just purchased an 2009 S550 from Manhattan MB. This is my first Benz and thus far this car is phat! I aso drive a '08 Toyota Sequoia, 1992 Corvette, 1998 Nissan Maxima with 200K on it (runs perfect).
Now, I am automatically drawn to the big Benz every time I need to go out!
Now I see what I have been missing all these years.....nice to be part of "the club".

i like benz or bmw, aside from the m3 and m6. My cousin has a 2009 750i and in comparison to my s550, i would choose the S. Not to say that the bmw isnt nice, its actually very nice, but i just prefer the look and the luxury of the benz. The interior is gorgeous and it doesnt have that overly technical cluttered look like the bmw. Everything is in its place and it has this elegance which I really enjoy.

Obviously, I chose the S550 when faced with the choice between it and the current generation 7-Series.

Comparing the S550 to my Vette generally, for a BIG Sedan this car is no wuss, I was amazed at the torque, handling and pulling power.....love it!! As you can see didnt take long for me to get hooked. Also, even onthe highway, you cant hear sh^$ in the cabin, extremely quiet.

I think its a tough call between the 7 series and the S class now that we got both in the garage.
750Li handles better but exterior/interior isn't as good.
S550 interior looks better inside and out. Feels much more powerful VS the 7 despite only 29 hp difference (400 vs 429hp)

Ive owned both and like they say the bimmer will be more driver friendly and the benz more luxury. Today id prefer my benz over the 7. The 7 was in service all the time! Maybe Im getting old!
