What size tires are you running on 22 wheels. I just got a set of 22's. and the rear tires are 285/30/22.
There is a gap between the tire and the wheel. I spoke to the shop and they stated that they always install 285 so the rear does not rub.
Thoughts please

NO RUBBING unless your offset is not correct.
255/30 and 295/25-22. Had to roll the rear fenders because it rubbed (the car is lowered).

295/25/22 will not rub if you have correct offset and bend that tab on the inside of the inner rear fender.
I have Mandrus Wilhelm wheels made only for use on Mercedes cars. 10.5 x 22" ET42. It's the offset they use for the W221.
In my case I had to bend the tab and roll the fenders to get rid of the rubbing.

they fit but don’t have the minimum 101 load capacity needed to properly carry the weight of the car safely. Tried at the tire dealership. They refused to put them on.Originally Posted by RobertM
