2007 S550 won't start, no power

Have a 2007 S550 got flooded, I replaced batteries, rear power control box, rear fuse box, rear SAM, front fuse box, front SAM, front battery fuse block and Gateway module and the key still won't turn. I have nothing working even lights, horn....
Where should I start to troubleshoot and what is the brain of this thing. Thank you for your inputs.

Are you serious doing this project ??My deepest respect , ..thinking a flooded computer is unsalvagable.. Best to sell it in parts and get a new dry one for the money ??

Thanks for the advise. I now realized how many computers this thing has. I'm an industrial equipments programmer myself so I really like to play with it to see how all these computers communicate. If anyone here knows what software and cable to use to talk to this thing that would help a lot.

You would need DAS software (part of the Star diagnosis tool) and an MB multiplexer (it includes the necessary OBD-cable for the 221 diagnosis).

Didn't you already version code the new control units? How did you do it if not even lights work? Why was the car not diagnosed if version coding was already completed?

I did not do any coding, I bought used modules and installed them thought they would work but apparently not.

Do you know where I can get this software and the cable?

It isn't just SW and a cable, you need the complete star diagnosis tool.

I'm going to get the Star Diagnosis tool to work on this car. Any body used this tool before please give some advises and inputs because I never seen this tool (software) before and want to challenge it.
