Is it just me, or do 22" rims look totally out of place and completely ghetto on an S-class?

About the only place I see folks running 22+ wheels are the urban "ethnic" areas of Chicago, which are usually accompanied by large "22" badges on the sides, blacked out windows & headlights, and other gaudy effects. They make me appreciate keeping my S-class "classy". IMO, 20" is the largest we should ever see on these cars to keep them from looking pimped out.
I'd be interested in seeing what you offer in 19 & 20" wheels, as well as cost.

Thats your opinion as you said. Classy is very subjective. Believe it or not some people think 20" rims are ghetto. Especially about 10years ago when 18s were the norm.Originally Posted by DaveW68

Times are changing.
I personally can't do 22s on the S class.I thtitnk they are too big. But I have seen some S classes with 22s lowered nicely and they look pretty amazing.

Here in California 22s are the norm. They fit the car perfectly but the above representation is not a good one as the car looks like its 4wheeling.Originally Posted by DaveW68

Those 22's make the car look constipated.
They might look better on a car with the AMG body styling option or different color.
Just my opinion.
