No start. Plenty of juice, but no start. Having it towed to MB. First the guy comes out, starts pulling it onto the flatbed and realizes the bumpers won't clear. He leaves for a half hour to get a set of ramps and comes back in the middle of a torrential thunderstorm. Finally gets it on the truck and sees the flat. We ended up going anyway but the whole thing took four hours.

I was getting a "replace key battery" warning that of course I ignored, but I replaced those today after the no start and still nothing. The fob worked for locking/unlocking and the trunk, and I tried pulling the keyless go button and inserting the key into the dash.
Actually, the remote starter app worked for unlocking the doors and stuff, but when it triggered a start nothing happened (although the app logged a successful start). The remote starter has a valet bypass and that also made no difference.
Anyway, the installers for the remote said if MB got into the diagnosis and thought any of their work was a problem they'd send their lead installer over to help sort it out, and the car is CPO so between the installer and the warranty I should be okay. The car was scheduled into MB on Monday anyway for a regular service and front tires.
Just a drag because with the new sound system I find it hard to stay out of the car now.

Btw, I had no issues with the battery prior to mine dying. I literally came out of best buy and it wouldn't start, I jumped it once and then drove it to a parts store to test it and then it wouldn't jump at all, so I had to get a tow as well..

MAYBE! Previously I'd had it in a self wash bay giving it a pressure wash and rinse. It actually had one no-start in the bay but it fired up on the second try. I attributed it to the dead or dying key battery. The place where it died for good was the first stop after that. Battery was replaced 9/14. MB has it now. We'll see.
