How in the **** is this Russian slob of a **** sucker allowed to create fake usernames and spam at least two different forums on this site? Where are the mods and admins? This should have ended at least 24 hours ago.

They've been all over it. Just a matter of a ton of it coming in, in one minute intervals. No complaints with the admin or mods by me. Not sure how the duplicate user names happened.
