My 2008 S550 command center went out
Good morning
My name is Steve and I have a 2008 S550 4matic
My aux cord, I can't control the temperature for the heat and air, I can't cut off the heat or air in the back, I can't control anything from my steering wheel, my voice command doesn't work and my radio stays on when the car is off , is this a fuse and where is it located? Tbanks for your time and patients

Pull Fuse 119 & 121 in the Rear SAM they are 7.5 amp each lock the car for 10 mins and put them back,
Rear SAM is locked in the back seat behind the center hand rest in the hidden compartment

I just took it to a shop to get it scanned and I was told my battery has low voltes which is causing me to lose memory. Does anyone know if that's true or not because all my fuses are good

if accessory battery is low the Comand will never turn on, check the battery voltage in the boot, you can check it under the hood next to the starter battery, voltage must be above 11.5 when the car is off, anything below the BNS wlll keep all consumer electronics off

Ok Fellas I did everything I was told to do and for some reason nothing changed after changing the battery I'm the trunk. Still getting the malfunction sign and radio still stats on when car is off and rear climate control won't shut off. Anymore suggestions because it's something that's not being reset or check. Does the command unit have a on or off button?

does the roof light comes on when driver door open?
under the drive seat there’s a can network see if water is in it.
you will need to move the seat all the way forward and lift the carpet
you don’t have to remove seat or carpet. Just bring it all the way forward

I was told if the left side inside the trunk gets wet it can cause things to blow. I always got a cooler in my trunk so water couldve gotten in that section. Is this true if so can I dry it out or do I have to replace what's in that corner?

amp is in the left of the trunk, even if amp was dead the command will still come on but no audio..

You command unit need to be reprogrammed, sometimes this happen to protect the radio, lose the firmware. Did you have any problem with the dvd drive before it when bad? Or the unit was turning on/off?

no problems with dvd drive but it does shut off while I’m driving but not in the beginning.
