My rear Headrest will drop down when the button is pressed, but they won go up. I can hear a small click when the button is pressed. Anyone know what is likely to be the problem?
Are you pressing the same button? That button only lowers.
They are supposed to go up when the rear seat belt is latched or when you use the headrest control on the rear door.
He's right -- the button is there only to lower them. One or both of mine will pop up from time to time when I start the car with no one in the back seat. It's nice to be able to lower them, especially when only one deploys.
