2010 S550 Factory amp dead

I was wondering if I could replace the factory amp with something a little bit cheaper than the OEM one ? If so, what would you recommend for something in the $300-$400 price range. Sincerely appreciate anyone’s assistance. I also don’t want to have any of the control features lost, due to an after market amp. Thanks in advance peeps.

A 2011-2013 Honda Equus Amplifier will work ($73 INCLUDING shipping)...however, you have to shut the radio off to raise or lower the volume...OR $600 on ebay and take your chances...

You mean Hyundai Equus?
They do look the same on the outside.
Do you have any references to the volume chaning problem?

Correct, Hyundai Equus. I moved on to other issues once the sound came back. If you do get one and solve the volume issue post it here, it will be appreciated!

I did the replacement...all god except the volume control. Solution: increase/decrease the volume, push the mute button two times and you are good.
For sure it is worth it price wise. you can also replace with the one from Hyundai Genesis.
