Hi,I'm having issues with my 2012 s550 4matic w221 mercedes
I'm not able to crank my car and there is no power have to the key ignition, my windows won't go up or down. The car won't lock or unlock. It"s like my car is in sleep mode. My cluster doesn't have any power but my Command center and Radio do work
I replaced my SAM control unit but haven't had it programmed yet. I do believe it could be my CGW OR ZGS MODULE. If this is the issue and I find the same part # will I be able to plug and play? Any tips would be helpful.

Don't replace any part until you diagnosed the actual issue.
You may make things worse by replacing parts and not coding them to the car.
Get a good scanner (preferably Xentry) and list all the errors here (there will be lots).
