Is that a screenshot from a video?
Do you have a link to the video?

I'd guess it's unsafe if you press the down button to deep or long and you're accidentally exposed.

Could be its limits are not set...could be a security feature so you can put the window on Auto-Down as I sight in my sniper rifle.....

Windows in Guard cars are very heavy. Security concerns and the effort required to open and close that window says in many cases rear windows are fixed. Often the front windows will only go down 1/3-1/2 of the opening.

They don't just drop in. The door and door opening in the car are modified.

Search Mercedes Guard.
