Based on your VIN, your car has Active Curve Illumination headlights (code 614). The correct part number for the complete right-side (passenger side) assembly is A222 820 13 91.
This is the superceded number for the current, updated unit. Be prepared it's very expensive. The left side is A222 820 14 91.
The cycling movement you describe is a classic failure of the leveling motor or sensor. Before buying a whole unit, a specialist with STAR could diagnose the specific failed component, which might save you a lot of money. The auto highbeam issue is separate, related to the windshield sensor (A8).

Thanks. I need to replace the lens anyway as it is cloudy. I can't find that part number online anywhere though.
create a heat box, cook with a hair dryer for 30 mins peel off the lens check the fault - never got any but years back a guy made a batch of metal link rods (for omegas) to replace the plastic ones that snapped after a few years
as for the cloudy UV damaged lens cover - if bad start with 1200 wet and dry, then 1500 finish with 2000 and then polish with headlamp restore -
there is a spray coating that seals the lamp better and you don't need to polish them as much
