US pricing isn't available yet. The ordering guide found on these forums can get you most of the prices but certain options pricing aren't available.

The car is supposed to be released in a few weeks here in the U.S. yet there is still no pricing. Or could it be that the launch has been pushed back according to rumor?

I don't know if there are supplier issues but it is strange not to have pricing so close to expected launch. I feel like there are some supplier issues only because so many options aren't available for a November build. I can't get carbon/piano or black poplar - only burl walnut. I can't get the exclusive nappa leather and I can't get red calipers. I am realistically looking at a Feb/March delivery which while it isn't the end of the world is annoying. Especially since I got a November build but it was missing major options IMO. I know they have done this in the past with other models but I feel like those have been launch vehicles so there wasn't expectations. For the g63 it was like that. I was told from the beginning that if I wanted a launch car it would be without quilted seats and magno color, it would be a "basic" car.

Feb/March delivery would be a bust for me. But I very well could be in that boat too. By waiting a week too long to order, I've got myself in the "second wavers" group. And my order, though placed weeks ago, doesn't have a build date yet.
Also, this is the first I'm hearing of the exclusive nappa causing that big of a delay....?

The Exclusive Nappa is delayed only in few colors. I ordered mine in May but was scheduled for Sept 3D almost immediately because of delay in the high end audio and surround view. It was moved up to Sept 1D but wasn't assigned a production day. I have a production date as of yesterday but moved back to the 3D. Hopefully it's gets built on the 20th.
I'm wondering what the time difference will be between production date and delivery date.....

In my experience it is about 4-5 weeks. I usually hear from my dealer when the car is done and booked on a vessel. I have ordered two cars and they were both done a few days before the production date that I was given. It takes a few weeks to get to the east coast and a few more days to get off the ship and onto a truck to go to your dealer.
