A guy in another forum told me that the outgoing model had a 95K msrp because premium 1 or premium 2 package was placed in all the cars. There was never really a "base" car. The "real" msrp was actually lower than it is now on the new model. If he's right, it actually makes sense....

That was thrown in for 2013 as they wanted to sell an end-of-life model. They certainly charged for this in 2012... And again in 2014

Correct, I am talking about the designo Deep Sea Blue/Silk Beige which comes with P34 which is the Exclesive Nappa Interior.

I can probably get more pricing info, but I was not interested in just exclusive Nappa. I love the Deep Sea Blue Interior. I think I was talked out of the upgraded sound yesterday (my rep had just gone to a intro of the new S at MB, and claims that the standard sound is great). So I am going with P1, Warmth and comfort (have to have this with the Designo) and the designo interior. Car should be about $115K.
