Finally!!
I love technology but I am sure we are all smart people here but we all struggle to figure this stuff out a bit. Oh that's right. I am a male and my wife tells me I should read the directions!!!
LOL...I'm the same way. I don't read the manual properly.

Again, talk to MBrace, sales people, despite intentions, frequently don't know all the details.

The lady I talked to yesterday about the Internet Radio was clueless as to why I was not receiving it. I called MBrace from the iButton in the car about an hour ago again. This time the lady I talked to was very knowledgeable. She first of all verified that TuneIn radio and all the Mbrace packages are free for anywhere between 3 and 6 months. TuneIn radio is free for 3 months. She then checked with the registration folks and as she suspected, it can take up to 72 hours for the registration process to be completed. They told her that I should be able to access TuneIn radio by tomorrow. If not, I should call back. It’s incredible how much misinformation is spewed out by people that should know every little detail about this stuff. My sales guy should have known better as well.
I thought I would post the actual MBUSA.com website page to be clear about what MBUSA states on their website.
I remember reading on the MBUSA website when I configured my car that these MBrace services were free for up to 6 months (3 months for MBrace Plus). So, I knew that my sales guy was given bogus info. No, I did not misinterpret what he said. Yes, he should have known better, but I am not going to crucify him for this since he has been good to me. When I met with him on Saturday after the car was prepped, he indicated to me that MBrace Plus was free for 3 months. So, evidently he talked to some bimbo today at MBrace just like I talked to one yesterday. In any case, all is well. I should have TuneIn radio by sometime tomorrow. That's what they told me today.

Great! I like the internet radio. I listen to radio stations from all over the world. I think it is cool. I just have not had enough time in my car yet to enjoy the internet radio to the fullest extent. I only have 1500 miles on my car.

Btw, the TuneIn radio is still not functioning in my car as of 2:45 PM. I will give it some more time before I call MBrace again.

Correct. One of the videos that MBUSA put out regarding this talks about the fact that even though the ECO is on, there are a number of "conditions" that must be met before the ECO becomes active even though the ECO is on. One of them is battery voltage.
I just tried the CD player for the first time. Wow! The audio sound with the standard Burmester is at least as good (I honestly think it's better) as the Mark Levenson system I had on the Lexus.

I am glad you finally got it to work!
I love the internet radio. I have listened to stations all over the world. I also have listened to our local regional police in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh. Although I don't want to listen to the police scanners all the time I think it is cool to have "police scanners" within the internet radio delivered through my car audio system should I want to know where the "cops" are hanging out or where the traffic accidents are in extremely real time.
it may not work if you're going through rural areas. It's just using the 3G modem for data. I couldn't get Pandora to work going thru the central valley of CA at times and I have a 4G LTE iPad data connection. TuneIn radio uses a lot of data depending on what channel you listen to...I used to use that app but it cut out sometimes because the data demands were so high.

I'd be interested to see what's more accurate...Waze or the MB system. In my experience Waze has been very accurate and will also notify you of police in the area and speed traps if reported by another motorist. I've been saved by this a few times.
