Finally!!
Well, amazingly enough, my car made it to the dealer in KC in great shape. However since if did not get here until early this PM, I have to wait until sometime tomorrow to drive it home after properly serviced.
I took a few photos on a dark and gloomy day in KC as car got unloaded and in parking lot ready for service. If I can figure out how to send the photos with my iPhone I will do so in the next half hour or so. Btw mine came with Bridgestone run flats on 18 inch standard wheels. I'm probably the only one in this group to order with standard wheels but I wanted comfort over looks.
Well, I thought I could get to "advanced" reply and post photos by iPhone only but it doesn't look like that's an option is it?

I had a heavenly drive home from Kansas City to Des Moines this afternoon. The car is everything I dreamt of and much more. It is very quiet and very comfortable. I don't have any problem with the Bridgestone Turanza RFT's. They feel very nice and they are also quiet. I love everything about the car. The acceleration is effortless and the handling is great compared to the LS 460L.
The standard Burmester audio is fantastic. I don't know how to use all the audio controls yet with the command system. The seats are extremely comfortable and the massage feature is wonderful.
Perhaps my favorite feature of the car is the Intelligent Driving with the radar, blind spot monitor, and lane keep assist. Honestly, the car just about drives itself. There is a lot more that need to test yet. Oh and listen to this, after I figured out how to show the current mpg, I reset it and on the last 70 miles of the trip I averaged 30.9 mpg. I was driving between 65 and 75 mph (sort of changing speeds since I didn't want to go at the same speed during the break-in period). There was a weak tail wind (about 5-10 mph) and the outside temperature was 56. To say the least, I am very impressed with the gas mileage on this large car.
Btw, the standard 18 inch wheels match the silver iridium color of the car very nicely.
I'm sure some of you can tell me what I am doing wrong in trying to upload photos.
EDIT: I just downloaded the IB Auto Group app on the iPhone, so I'll try later post photos tomorrow.

I think you made the right decision, and now never look back---Have fun with it, and great weather to enjoy it in. --SEE IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!
I love everything about this car. It feels like you are floating through the air with the greatest of ease while driving on the Interstate. You name it: the handling, the effortless power, the seats, the sound system, the massage option, the interior lighting (especially at night), all the other high tech options (some of which no other manufacturer has), I like them all. I even like the Eco stop/start. I don't even hear the engine turning off and on again. The gas mileage, I believe, is considerably better than what its rating is. Even in the city, I think I will achieve 19-20 mpg with just a bit of effort. And, I don't mean driving like a grandmother. I have not even tried the sport mode yet, but I will in a few minutes since I intend to take it for a drive. I also need to mess around with the Nav system. I don't know how to properly manipulate the screen. For example, how do you show the city in 3D? I'm sure it's simple.
I had trouble programming the garage door opener. I spent a couple hours on it this PM. I finally figured it out. I was not pressing the button on the remote control opener long enough for the button on the mirror to flash yellow.
One thing that does not seem to work properly is the Internet Radio. I tried to connect twice so far and both times, I get a message that Intune radio is not available at this time. Does anyone know what the deal is with that?

Did either you or dealer and you activate the full MBrace packages since you need to activate all that "stuff". I think you get 6 months for the basic MBrace free and 3 months for the other stuff like the Intune radio. Also, Sirius is the same way. The car usually comes with the dealer demo for Sirius but it needs to be activated and an account set-up.
The Intune Radio on my car works pretty well. Every once in a while I will lose a connection and have to restart it so it is not perfect. But cool none the less. I like listening to the police scanners in my area once in awhile on it--I think it is pretty cool but my wife thinks I am a nut to listen to the police scanners on the Intune Radio.
