The Rear comes with the armrest pillows (detachable), as well as headrest pillows that are also detachable.
Fiji Water: That's what some people prefer and they don't drink alcohol, though may have looked better in the photo.
Being Cold: The seat was heated so not too bad.
Being Safe for Work: Well that depends on the work. Some jobs would frown on even mildly suggestive photos -- just wanted to give fair warning since I don't know your situation (therefore the "?", and not "NSFW").
Dream Sequence: Whatever you're currently thinking is probably right. So I encourage you to go with that.

nice picture, forgot to say that haha.....someone's camera focused right past that water
and in regards to the water: I laugh at all bottled water brands
the water bottle business, although huge, really entertains me LOL
why folks buy water is light years beyond me
