I ordered a 2017 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S fully loaded and I will not be a Mercedes S Class owner. Deposit Made July 15. Figure another month.
I will still be around the forum as I met a lot of really nice folks here and many I call friends on here, and in person!

I haven't seen any option on the coupe for the leather headliner. Hope you find a way.
Unlike the S-Class, a leather headliner is available for the SL on any variant (non-US), so there is an option code for that.

Of course, with the custom items, we are back to a 6 to 8 week delay on production dates, hopefully. The exterior color will require a custom paint job to match Porsche Sapphire Blue, but I am wondering about the leather interior and just how close the Bengal Red is to the Porsche Bordeaux.

If they can do this, which I think they can now, as opposed to when I ordered by custom S sedan, it would have to be done under the PA1 code, which would then not need a code like the other options, as it would be done as a custom item.

Mercedes makes it so hard & so expensive & so time consuming. They'll do anything for an Arab sheik, but for the rest of us, we have to beg.
Porsche is headed in the direction of Bentley & Rolls, while MB is headed in the direction of Volkswagen. I love the way their cars drive, but at some point, you just get fed up with their "it's our way or the highway" attitude and you start looking elsewhere for something exciting. 50 shades of gray just isn't cutting it anymore, is it?

Her true love, is the color Red. (I think more than her love for my father lol).
She wanted the S class in Mars Red (yes, vulgar woman - I will have her committed at some point). But that's what she wanted. They told her it would be something like $14,500 to do that - even though Mars Red is standard on C Class....
Anyways, she now drives a Firenze Red 2016 Range Rover Supercharged Long Wheel base.
The red was a standard color.

you know what??! mother fawk the headrest crests are cool aren't they?? I had a used Targa once with headrest crest's....say that 5 times fast, and they were such a cool thing to see! Something so subtle yet so cool.....rear axel steering huh? Sport chrono is a good one......was that a recommendation or did you know about that one?

Your car is so gorgeous, but SOOOOOOO different from your S550. Did you keep the MB as well? If not, how are you dealing with that? Having both would be the best of both worlds.
