What you see here is the automotive equivalent of pizza-flavored ice cream cake...with bacon sprinkles on top. Someone loved Mercedes-Benz vehicles enough that they combined a bunch of their favorite design elements into one eye-catching oddity.

It would be interesting to get the VIN number which should be observable in the windshield. This would identify the manufacturer of the chassis and the original model and year.

From the video it looks to me like a 2014 S550 or S600 (from the the leather covered Command hand rest and the mention it was seen in Milan in 2015).

I personally like it but I wouldn't do something like that to my car. I think the vents on the hood may be required since the grill is so much smaller and I didn't see any of the in-grill driving aide electronics. I wonder if they ditched them or it just didn't have those options (e.g. started life as a base model 550?).
