2015 S550
How reliable is the 2015 S 550
I am purchasing a 2015 S550 with 30k miles. It has about 7 months factory warranty left. I hear good things overall about reliability, but still wondering if purchasing an extended warranty would be wise?

In your shoes I would buy the extended especially if you are keeping the car for 4-5 years or more. Unfortunately the MB brand is really expensive for repairs.

My 2015 S550 was very reliable. The Pano Roof creaked and squeaked, but it never needed much of any repairs in 37K miles.

I am on my second W222, and for the most part, these cars have been quite reliable. As the other members mentioned, repairs, if and when they come up, are very expensive on this car. Sounds like your not
buying it from a Mercedes dealer, so not certified? If you plan on keeping this for a while, then I would definitely get the extended warranty.
