In my 2018 when you adjust the lumbar or shoulder or bolsters you have to save the position with the controls on the door. Then it remembers your seat position and all the others.

To answer your question, simply adjust all seat settings to your preference, Press the M button on the door panel by the seat settings, then press the Number right after simultaneously until you hear an alert sound. That means it is saved. You're done!
