2020 S560 Sedan, 2019 SL450, 2019 E450 Luxury Trim Wagon, '24 BMW I7 on order...
Yeah, my wife just loves the one in her E350. I have one in my S, but mostly use it for small items, never really extending it. It is a handy little convenience.

It's very comfy as its name indicates , I use a similar item in my trunk too

It is handy at times. I used to think the one in my 2014 E-class rattled too much. I don’t notice that in my CLS. Maybe because the CLS makes more noise. Maybe because of the air suspension.
I actually like the cargo net better in my old LS better. Simple, but effective. It mounted at the back of the trunk similar to the mercedes cargo nets, but much deeper. Deep enough to put grocery bags much like the cargo box. And no way it was going to rattle.

You know, I didn’t have the Comfort Box in my 2015 S550, but I ordered it on my 2018, and now I’m thinking of removing it. Having been a Scout, and believing in “being prepared,” I carry a compact spare in my trunk, which really cuts down on my trunk space. The Comfort Box further limits what I can put in there, so I think it’s coming out. It’s a very simple thing to remove.

I find it really useful. Keeps all the smaller items from crashing around in the trunk. I wish my BMW had one. I keep a small cardboard box in that one just to keep my items from rolling around.

i used it to hold a notebook computer and some accessories that i didn't want sliding or banging around. also some smaller things on occasion. i'm not sure how well it would "suspends" something - a carton of eggs? probably no problem (but then they could slide along the floor of the box even suspended). but my notebook computer? i don't remember if it remained suspended or went to the floor of the trunk. either way, great for smaller items. a flip open carton could sort of do a similar job - just not as sleek. and i like that you can slide it with the items back.

To each his own, but I really don't see the sense in this comfort box. If need be one can place small items in a little sack. To me all the comfort box does is take up trunk space. As far as lap top computers go, all one needs to do is place it in its case.
