I've done a lot of work with these guys back to when they had their warehouse in Old Saybrook, CT.
All my past purchases were for my LS 430, a Q7 and GS 350 so no MB experience.
Their prices were always great and the parts were solid quality.
No experience with wipers, etc. but I can attest to about 10 years of positive results.

So, I texted them a specific question, at first they pointed me to the web site warrantee policy and I thanked them for the quick reply.
The questions were, If I purchase a set of $180- wiper blades, and if after 1 year I wanted new ones, would they be covered. If I purchased new rotors and after 2 years want to replace them, where do they draw the line on replacement? the answer was "We do not draw the line on replacement" This was from Kyle one of the managers....
My take on this is they will absolutely get tons of business from this kind of business, and the amount of customers trying to take advantage of this are far and few. I have not tried this myself, however within the next few months I will be placing an order for(All OEM) Rotors, Pad Sensors, Cabin Filter, Air Filters and Wiper Blades.... They also do price match. I will hold onto my receipts. In 2 years will probably replace the Air Filters and Wiper Blades if I feel they are not performing. The Rotors will be replaced again when the Pads get low, I do not wait for the sensors to trip. They were quick to respond to all my emails, answered my very specific questions and gave me confidence to buy from them instead of Amazon or local Dealer. They are also a local company here in Connecticut, not to far from Long Island.
At least for basic consumables like above and you are a DIY kind of person, this is a home run and would support this company by passing on my personal and honest experience.. My only negative complaint is that the Web Site is a little unorganized in trying to find parts, I'm sure calling to get the exact part would be the way to go. Having your car information plugged in did not show correct part numbers most of the time, however after clicking on the part, it did state the part did not fit my car, hence why the web site search will leave a bit to be desired. Hopefully they will improve on this in the future.... Most people will lose the receipts, not replace rotors often or will not have the same car in a few years, they win. They DO TAKE BACK USED OIL.....
I will post when I get my first order in.

Not exactly the feedback you’re looking for, but have bought parts from them and have an order coming up. It’s hard to beat their prices. It’s also nice they denote which parts are oem. So far I would recommend them. If you live on Long Island you should get your parts next day or the day after depending on order and ship time with regular shipping.
If you change your pads and rotors on your W222, let us know how it is and how to do it because I’ve been contemplating doing that myself. I’ve heard it’s not too different from the W221.

I LOVE FCP! Their warranty is exactly what they say it is. Sometimes, from my experience, they can ship you a replacement quick if it's for small parts, otherwise, you send back the old part that is being claimed. I recently bought 4 Brambo rotors and Akebono pads for my E. If my E weren't still in warranty, I'd buy more stuff from them.
