Exhaust-If you had to choose....
On a 2014+ W222 S550 Sport PKG
Of the 2 following systems, which one would you choose and why?
I am interested in doing a small mod, but want to keep the car as close to stock as possible. Both systems have Exhaust Actuators that will allow stock sound, valves open nice throaty sound.

On the mechanical side of things, one has motor controlled valves, the other looks like vacuum actuated valves. I do not want to add a remote to operate the valves either way, I would like them to be integrated if possible by when in sport mode, valves open, comfort mode, valves close (perfect world) or have a button sequence on the steering buttons I have seen somewhere to Open/Close. Not into a wireless remote or adding wiring with a drilled switch somewhere, my OCD will not allow it
All input in welcome...

Why not? With a tune your not that far off S63 numbers? 0-60 low 4's its not exactly a slow luxe barge.
I am actually researching the Remus system now as I don't want to have to cut off my actuators for Renntech.

Think of it this way.... I don't smoke Cigars often, but every now and then, I like to have one. I don't drink often, but every now and then, I like a great glass of wine. I don't track cars, but every now and then, I like to open her up and have that nice V8 sound and do some Zipping around when the PO PO is not looking.

GT Haus is very corvetteish ,Renntech sounds stealthier which I like better

I hope this keeps gaining traction as I also want an exhaust upgrade, would love to hear the Remus exhaust from in the cabin on E mode. If there is a drone, I'm out. If you can barely hear it, I'm game!

Im looking into the Remus exhaust too, they sell the exhaust and front silencer separately, does anyone know what difference in sound the front silencer makes,

I got the Remus axle back exhaust installed around 8 months ago, it sounds great, nice roar at cold start up, no drone at hwy speeds and gives a nice growl when you hit the gas and valves open up. It also has a nice appearance from the rear with the double tips, gives the car a more aggressive look
im planning to swap out my silencer soon with a Remus one
I'll try to post a video soon

I figure why spend the money, just straight pipe the car, it sounds great. Here is a video, a good muffler guy could do this within an hour or so. It's really not too loud as the Turbos and the Resonators suck up a lot of the engine sound.

Lol, I watched that right before the video I posted, then I thought, naw nobody will take me seriously, lol. I'm gonna try removing those vacuum lines and plugging on the muffler cutouts on my S550 today and see what happens. Probably a little more sound I'd think. I doubt I'll do the straight pipes, it really is not all that loud but I just hate to start hacking this nice 17k mile car I have, probably better off leaving it mostly original.
