I do like the 20" AMG forged multi-spoke wheels. Almost identical to the ones we had on the SL. Lower unsprung weight and still possible to clean. We have the above wheels on our S550 as well; very classy but a pain to clean...
I like the pre-facelift older headlights and would like to keep them, but I wonder if there is anyway to get the new face-lift AMG bumper that fits on a pre-facelift headlights as i like them better. I also think that the OEM headlights will always light better than 3rd party headlights, so I'd like to keep OEM headlights but can replace the bumper if anyone has any idea.

The place I got the wheel already gone! Yes I lower the car with a OBD module that will work with MBC suspension. The picture not showing the lowest setting.

Does anyone know a good place to get those AMG wheels from? Need a good reputable place so they won't break quickly.
22" wheels on a W222 is way to big. you will be plagued with bent rims and damaged tires. 20" is as big as I would go on this big heavy car. I have 19" AMG rims on my 2015 and I still got a bend in one of the front wheels. Not worth the hassle or cost YMMV.

These cars weight close to 5K lbs loaded, that is SUV territory. Couple that with a stiffer suspension when you run in sports mode and something has to give when you hit a random pothole. With 22" wheels it will be the wheel every time. The biggest problem is that this car does not have a spare so you are just asking for trouble with such a thin tire. As you go up in wheel diameter you have to go with a skinnier tire so the set up will not rub, you end up with a thin strip of rubber around the very large wheel. Do what you want but be prepared to be left stranded on the side of the road when you get a crack in a rim that lets the air out of the tire or the tire blows out. It's an S Class, not a 911.

You know, I’m giving up trying to convince others that huge wheels, necessitating tires with “rubber band” depth sidewalls is an idiotic idea on an S Class. It is much more entertaining to read the posts when they complain about bent or broken wheels, blown tires, etc. If ride quality and safety don’t mean anything to them, who am I to judge these folks?
Streamliner, Looks like this site (www.alloywheelsdirect) is in UK. How did shipping work? Did you have to pay any duty? Did you get wheels and tires from them or just wheels?
They have a great selection of genuine M-B wheels, some of which are hard to find in US.

They shipped UPS. Excellent packing! Got them in about a week. Shipping was about $230.00 total to CA. Duty was almost nothing, like under $200.00 on $6K+ worth of wheels. It was as easy as if I ordered the wheels from Nordstrom! I only got wheels, for two reasons: I was changing wheel size and was not 100% sure just which tires would fit and I also felt that there would be fewer possible issues if I got the tires locally and had a problem. It was a perfect experience and I can’t recommend this company enough. And, since I love to show the wheels off, here’s another photo.
