Yes! That is what shocked me at 85,000 miles. Around a $10K job to get everything replaced (tires, rotors, pads, sensors, cost of install). Even though I had zero troubles with the car, I knew after 100K miles I might be facing devastating issues like the air suspension failure.

Perhaps that is true for you and some others. For myself, if the S560 and the S63 were the exact same price, I would still take the S560. To me, the idea of making a huge saloon into a sports car is ridiculous, especially in countries where there are very restrictive speed limits, such as we have in the US. I like my luxury sedans to be sufficiently quick & fast, but not overly so, supremely comfortable, with an understated, elegant appearance. No ground effects, huge wheels, or rumbling exhaust notes for me.

My 2019 S63 is now two years old with about 24,000 miles. MB dealer suggested that I put on new pads now so that I can get about another 24,000 or so miles out of the new pads and the rotors that came with the car. So I am hoping based on the dealer's recommendation I will get atleast 50,000 miles out of the initial rotors--maybe or maybe not but hoping so.
