@E. BAUTISTA What year is your vehicle and the VIN? The W222 procedure according to WIS is the same as W166, W205 and several other vehicles. The steering wheel button sequences include an "OK" button. Using your VIN I can see if the procedure is in my version of WIS.

@E. BAUTISTA The same WIS procedure comes up when your VIN is entered. WIS 42.10-P-1700-02W. This includes an "OK" button. When you change multifunction display pages, what button do you use to accept changes or make entries?

On page 246 of the S-Class owners' manual, it says to "confirm the selection", "press the left-hand side of Touch Control (2)". What happens when you use the left hand side of touch control 2 as the OK button? See your owner's manual for a diagram, or here: https://www.mbusa.com/en/owners/manuals

2018 S450
This procedure worked for me. I have a 2018 S450.
Close doors
With foot off the brake, press start button one time
Left side of wheel:
Use touchpad to select odometer display
While holding "Home Button down wait for start of memu display and press the touchpad next to the home button.
The service menu should now be visable.

The service menu has the option of releasing the rear brakes.
