They must have changed things up in 2019 because I just paid 65.00 + tax for one year of pretty much every option except nav updates as I don't use the nav very often and it is redundant to Waze.

I logged in to my Mercedes Me account on my computer, and downloaded available map updates (2022) to a USB key and they took 10 minutes to install. I have had my 2019 less than year, and the only money that I have paid so far was $25 for theft tracking.

Ya, the new app which your car uses is better, I have a 2019 that uses the same app and I added just the door lock/unlock feature from the app and I think it was like $25.00 for the year. I dunno why with the 2016-2018 they have to get such big money for any of the functions within the app. Makes no sense. I don't need the Entertain or the Secure packages and the car had just the basic free for the first 5 years, I was getting kinda use to it. Why cant they do that for like 75 bucks a year or something like that? Strange. There is no more Live Traffic on the 2018's or even map updates that I can find. My car still has the 2018 loaded on it that came with the car and no way to update at least according to the dealer, I've asked them a few times about this. Oh well I mostly use google and apple maps anyhow with the apple car play.
