About to buy W222 Facelift but concerned with AMG logo on startup?

Checked car today, about to buy it tomorrow. Car is perfect but noticed on central screen when car is turned on, on screen boot there is AMG logo instead of Mercedes Benz.
This is 350d engine with AMG package, and as I know they newer start with AMG logo.

Is this difficult to change because I am concerned that current owner hacked factory software and might something screw up?

2019 S63 4Matic+, 2018 E400 Cabrio, wardens car.
Someone has been into that cars software. If you want the car I would just insist that the dealer default the software and bring everything up to the latest rev's. Post the VIN, could be the work of the Benz Ninja and he may be able to shed some light on this regardless. AMG logo is kinda cool though.

Not a big deal and should be fine... it is a 5 minute task, switching/flipping coding lines from one to another. Nothing to be concerned about it. In fact, it is a very good excuse to force your dealer to flash the software and potentially update a module or more while doing so at no charge to you.

OP rest assured there are bigger fish to fry then the display saying AMG. Chances are it arrived with that software enabled from MB.

Like the car? It has good service history? Has not been wrecked?

Buy it and enjoy.

Who know, maybe previous owner was a Benzninja customer and probably paid for a lot of codings done, such as ILS+, etc. Would be a bonus in that case 😄

it was 1 minute easy fix in official dealership, they just somehow swipped startup logo over PC
