Noob questions however, my wife was driving behind me and said my two top lights where not engaging when i break.. do i have a fuse out or bulb.Also, is there thread on brakes squeaking upon backing up in reverse i couldn't find a thread to this issue i am sure there is a few i herd this maybe due to some grease points that need to be lubed up every year or so. Breaks were just check and all is good. But still get a squeaking on reverse.

In my 2017 W222, the brake lamps only illuminate in two of the three tail lamp "outlines," just as your picture shows. Therefore, I believe this is operating normally, unless someone else here can show a different experience.
My older benzes all had rear fog lights. I've also used it when needed..but admittedly, 99% of the road users would just think something is wrong with my taillights. Pretty sure thats why they got rid if it for the US spec cars?
Same here, no light. The owners manual shows it as you noted. Wondered if certain cars had it.
I believe the W222 rear fog lamp used entirely separate hardware in other parts of the world, rather than working via the existing tail lamp housing. The photo below shows what I think the European fog lamp (center of rear bumper) looks like. I could be wrong...
