This looks really neat!. Does your product also work on BMWs with ID8, specifically 23' BMW X5? Also, how about ID7 system for the 2019-2022 X7 generation?

The ID system of BMW is different from other cars, and it is not applicable to BMW
Ya, these things can work pretty well, a little tricky to setup but once you get the hang of it not too bad. You just gotta remember that to use netflix and youtube you have to do different things than to use the wireless apple car play, You cannot use both at once. My only gripe is the split screen on youtube with the selection box which takes up a quarter of the screen on the right side, it seems to be impossible to make it disappear unfortunately so just have to live with it. Only once did it do full screen with youtube music videos and that was really nice, oh well. I ended up joining Youtube Premium to get rid of all the advertising as that gets really annoying.
My issue with wireless CarPlay adapters is that they don't operate smoothly. The map screens etc hitch and just don't move as fluidly as when the plug in is used. Is this system any better in that regard? I've never tried one with the full Android box...but I have tried several including yours.
Tested Carlinkit 5.0. Quick startup but audio stream breaks at times. Had to return.
That was my experience too, I winder if this Ultra 8 full Android box would have more memory and ram and better WiFi to where it would operate more smoothly. I can attest these things are not an issue with factory wireless CarPlay.

So far tested about 7 devices, they all have some level of audio stream issues. I notice it more the first few minutes after startup. Then at random times.
Next step is to test android boxes.
Additionally, stock wireless connectivity on MBUX systems is flawless.

Have you tried the single platform wireless dongles that look like these linked below. They sell AA ones too but they are platform specific and don't work on both. I found it to be very reliable for AA.
