Can you adjust rear camber?
On my 2019 s560 my rear tire is worn out on the inner edge of the tire.
the middle is fine, the outer edge is fine, plenty of tread.
wondering if i can adjust rear camber on these cars?
michelin pilot as4s maybe 20k miles on them.

there are others who make adjustable upper control links.
No toe with adjustable lniks.
Kmac has option for Toe adjustment I think - Best togo to their website and read about each type and talk it over with your alignment shop etc to see what is best for you..
But all I know is camber out of whack happens and no rhyme or reason which tire or whose car.

And your problem is likely toe but if camber is really out of spec new arms/bushings will get you back to spec.

KMAC kit for the application, will provide a significant delta in ride control you can feel in the steering wheel.
Suggest a seasoned certified alignment professional, who is willing to do this 1st time 4 Wheel true alignment.
They need to take the time to read the instructions before starting the install/alignment process.
Strongly suggest obtain readings as the car is stock from factory, save that data, then do the alignment after the KMAC kit is installed, and yes save that data
file for future reference. The install should take les than 2.5 hours for the newbie alignment professional.
I have seen 2.5 to 3x longer tread life with this kit on S Class W221 units. (2005-2007 Model Years)

Here are my specs, before on the left, target in the middle, result on the right.
i did lower the car 9mm to a 15mm ride height and that was the issue with the wear.
first alignment since.

K-mac kit # 502226-5M should do the trick.
It was MSRP around $595
2 choices for the 2019 are available... for rear camber adjustment if my memory is correct.

If your chassis series is W222......... this allows for up to 4 degrees of adjustment
Set your rear camber to ZERO it can.
trust but verify the correct part #, as I am not a KMAC expert or evangelist.
Just one with focus on safety & performance
I have seen and put quite a few on units for owners that wanted to stop buying $3,000 of tires prematurely,
not to mention the more better safety factors when these are installed,
