Car vibrates S class 2019

Likely bent wheel or dirty/damaged mounting surface.
Everything was checked. The control arms looked fine, no movement in the rubber. Previous owner had the car at the dealer for this very reason.
Took me months. Tires balanced, alignment done. Suspension checked.
In the end I replaced the front torque control arms myself and the vibration went away. These cars are very hard on front end suspension components.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Looking at the carfax the previous owner was also chasing this issue down.
It literally took me months.
I replaced the tie rods as I though those might be worn. Took car in for alignment and the tech said to look at the torq arms in front. One was out of spec, but other than that there was no indication.
Replaced them and voila. Smooth as glass.

Thanks.
Maybe that messed things up?
Then again the car is 10 years old, its sits on the rubber bushings 24/7
If its steering wheel vibration, could be wheels, could be tie rods, could be bearings, could be control arms, could be shocks. Its so difficult to diagnose because often the vibration comes and goes.
When I buy older cars I often replace the brakes, rotors and stuff, and the suspension as far as I can. New tires, brakes and suspension makes a big difference.
Brakes and suspension is something a home diy can do. Still have to do few things on this car

Did you have to remove the lower control arm and/or the CV axle (assuming 4-matic) to get the torque arm out of the spindle? Having a hard time finding videos on the torque arms, whereas there's alot out there on the lower control arms. I'm hoping it's a remove/replace: remove the chassis bolt, remove the ball joint nut on spindle, replace, load suspension and tighten?
Thanks!
This is the arm I'm looking to replace:

It was this one.

Not this specific one, this one is only up to 2012, but looked the same. Hole bushing on each side.
This one was not too difficult, and in the end it worked. Even thoug the rubber looked fine. I don't understand it, but it worked.
However, if yours has any miles on it, I would probably replace both. These cars are just hard on front end suspension components

That kit has all the lower control arms.
In any case, I'm @120k miles so going to do all mine and hopefully that takes care of it.
