Hello I'm trying to identify what price point would be reasonable for a 2019 S560 4matic with 49K miles. Pretty clean service history. Dealer is asking $49k but by looking at the options list, year,...I can't see how that price point is justified. Maybe there is something I am missing That would make it reasonable. Otherwise, what price area would you think is reasonable. TiA

Equipment-wise, it's a fairly standard car. Only exclusive nappa, additional trim pieces and warmth & comfort are noteworthy options. All these cars have premium package and driver assistance features.
As others said above, have the car's mechanical condition examined closely, particularly for oil leaks into the spark plug bores as this is a major problem on low mileage cars. Beyond that, it's just the usual wear items .... tires, brakes, batteries ... that put a particular car above or below the market average value.
Price varies by market but that does seem high for millage and model, CPO does add a few thousand if included.
For reference a 2020 S560 with 40k miles here is listed at $43.5k.
And keep in mind that the value of a MB CPO is just the warranty, the inspection is basically worthless. And the idea that a CPO car is "better" than a non-CPO car isn't really better, it just has to meet the year and mileage criteria, and no accident history. I think they also need a history of meeting the 10K oil change interval but that isn't something to get excited about.
I bought a beautiful CPOd W222 in 2022 and it was basically a joke, with the exception of the warranty.
