One of the many posts bemoaning how everything is worse than it used to be... the good old times. How me miss them

There have been bad dealers before, clueless or deceiving sales people, poor Mercedes quality, or Rolls Royce or Bentley or Ferrari btw. It’s nothing new. I do see sales people that can’t keep up with the change of tech, or customers that know more than they do but I have also seen customers too stupid to use even the most basic tech and then blame the car for it (customer couldn’t use the Comand in a W222 and forced the buy back of a Maybach).

I do agree that individual attitudes have changed (or IQ has diminished). Too lazy to learn or even care

Agree, you can easily find bad service at a Rolls dealer too, it really starts with management/ownership and works it's way down.

As for IQ's, absolutely. Tech has made it too easy for some people.
