It may have to do with street widths? When I was in Germany I did notice how narrow some of the street were in some of the cities. this works correctly on front screen when connected by bluetooth

there are other things that I don't like:
Driver's screen can show radio station but not song or show being heard (as on my 2018 S560)
the only way I can see to view this info is to use the large screen which is a terrible waste of screen space
Both driver's and main displays need to be used more efficiently to present more info and more ability to customize
I would prefer the wood steering wheel, but it was no longer an option
The touch screen is OK (but it's greasy all the time) but I hate the flick controls on the steering wheel (and other places)
I much prefer a button that gives feedback

I would be very interested to know if others with this car have similar problems.
