Yes, but it's certainly the most rare color in the US, there may be no 2021s and very few 2022 500s with that color. Easier to find in a 580 in the US.
The silver/gray interior is Exclusive Nappa only, so thats why its so rare. Almost impossible to find on an S500 which usually dont even have the nappa leather let alone exclusive nappa.
I have the grey / black interior in my 2022 580. While it is more common it’s not as prevalent as you might think. I had to search nationwide and watch for a fair bit before I found this one. When I got it home to my local dealer I had a couple questions on the mbux.. the two salesman that came out to the car commented that they had never seen grey/black. I was surprised by this and asked what they’re used to seeing. They said machiatto beige or straight black in almost all the s classes they see

While I find the grey/black interior attractive, I would never pay extra to have it.
Apart from that, I see sone things in the front seat/dash photo that don't appeal to me one bit. Divided console access; large screen in front of the wheel; what are those two oblong controls at each end of the dash? Shame.
You don't pay extra for the gray interior you pay extra for the exclusive nappa interior which has that gray as an option, and carmine red.
The exclusive napa interior is a huge upgrade IMO
Okay - but still not something I'd shell out money for.
Is there a difference between paying for color and paying for fancy leather to get that color?
These level of luxury simply hold no attraction for me. I get all the bang for my bucks I need with the plain Jane approach on an S Class.
As my granddaddy the 4-star Admiral US Navy told us many times, "Different ships, different long splices."

That gray is a great interior I agree.

Yeah, that's what I don't get...
Several of the 2021 new S Class videos produced by Mercedes show the S500 with the silver grey and black interior - it looks fantastic.
However, it looks like very few of them made it to the US.
Black is nice, and classy looking - but after awhile driving in it day after day - to me, it gets rather "cold" feeling and dark.
The beige and gray is very nice - I just don't like a matching beige steering wheel/column. Maybe if they gave it an matching grey steering wheel/column? lol
However, if I couldn't find the silver grey and black - it would be a choice between black and beige.
As for the sienna brown - it looks more orange in every video and most pictures I have seen.
Not sure what exactly is up with all of the orange-ish interiors lately - BMW's "cognac", Cadillac's "cinnamon", etc.

The big thing to me with the exclusive nappa interior is the suede headliner. The leather on the dash and doors is nice, but the MBTex on those areas is also fine.

The issue is that once you option up an S500 with that and the stuff that comes with it (exclusive nappa requires warmth and comfort) then its so expensive you could get an S580, and the S580s sell better than the S500s to begin with. So basically the only S500s you will find with exclusive nappa are special ordered.
I tend to always come back to black interiors. They're just very classy, I never get tired of them, they never look dingy...
