Favorites issue
New 2024 AMG S class -
I added a new favorite (which was successful) and then tried to move it to the main screen of favorites. I got it moved ok but once I turn the car off and come back to favorites it's back where it was on the last page. Was definitely on my profile. Any ideas? Bug?

Best success comes if you also update the memory on the door. I usually update memory 1 on the door (mine) after making a change, syncing, and then it normally sticks.
Also, make sure you're using the same fob at all times. I don't why updating the door memory or using the same fob helps with something stored in profile, but it was suggested by others who said there was some kind of interaction or reinforcement, and it did work for me.
