Thank you!
I like to much better than the carbon fiber M fuel cap stick-on that I had on my M4.
Slightly more expensive than the M fuel cap, but it's a complete replacement unlike the thin stick-on CF M one.
It sure is pretty.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to put direct links of a non-sponsor website, but I got it from mbpartsource.com
Received it in 1 week after placing an order. (P/N: 000-470-32-01)
Love it! I seen some have this new awesome style cap but with a CEL pop up, I assume they fixed that now and it is no longer an issue?
I wasn't aware that these AMG caps had issues with triggering CEL.
I did a 30-40min drive after installing these and no CEL so far. I'll keep everyone posted.

Thanks! It's Stealth PPF actually. Not the 'Magno' paint.
No CEL so far?
Looks like there was a part number change, indicating a possible design change to address the previous CEL issue.

Nope, I did have a CEL but it was a bad purge valve it wasn't related to the cap

True, many Mbenz model now has a new part number for the purge valve. Seems to be an issue across almost all models. My GLS is getting the new purge valve part number, but no CEL, just ticking noise was the only symptoms coming directly from the valve.

Wise choice! That is the best of both worlds! You can always remove it when you want to return to factory, honestly it is a good alternative to ordering matte from factory, I would even say it is a better alternative.

I will say about the i7 vs the S Class, I just got back from a road trip for the 4th, it was very nice driving 350 miles and still having 220 miles of range left and not having to stop and charge.
I want an EV but whenever I drive on a trip and I think about stopping for 25 minutes to charge I’m always glad I don’t have one.

IMHO, not to overstate it but wow is the new 7 series hideous looking. A face only a mother could love. Sorry, stream the 7 looks just don’t grow on me no matter how many times I try. I’m sure it’s a great drive and I hope you’re enjoying it.

I see them a lot more than S-Classes in my area for some reason.

With the advanced features like 30+ inch TV, auto open/close doors, fancier ambient lighting, etc., it's understandable that some people will choose functions over form.
I've seen reviews saying the driving dynamics on the new 7er is very good as well.
If one could choose to ignore the hideous front-end, it's a very nice executive sedan with lots of road presence.
