Huh? AMG did an endurance test at Death Valley? Why don't they go to African dessert that is closer?

Weird... or is there Death Valley in Europe?

Just about every car company uses Death Valley. Many also use the Nothern Territory here in Australia. There is also a special de-restricted zone in South Africa opened to car companies to test upcoming models.

That looks like US 60 -- the road between Phoenix and Wickenburg (on the way to Vegas). I'm pretty sure I saw that car a few days ago.
