The weather here in NY really s*cks but I'll attach a few shots. Haven't been able to really test her out yet - by tomorrow I should. Fit and finish are unbelievable - night and day as compared to my '04 E55. Still figuring out all the electronics. Also it's big compared to the E.

Kaze81 - it doesn't come with the package, I bought it. Started to play with her today - a little different than the E55 but the ride is much better, exhaust note from the inside is nicer - deeper, haven't opened her up yet, maybe tomorrow - still need to add Laser/Radar system

Congradulations, you deserve such a nice car and If you are int performance modifications when you break it in you can get the secondary cats removed and also the resonator plus you can add drop in filters, ecu upgrade and Kleemann or REnntech headers for the added performance.

Identical to yours, but with the grey interior. I looked at a black on black one on the showroom floor (not my taste), and what stood out most was the brakes. OMG! They look like they could stop a fully loaded freight train on a dime. When mine comes in, I think I am going to drop in the ECU upgrade. 32hp for $1,600 seems like a no-brainer to me

Am I seeing it correctly?
Is your interior Gray or Black (as you have listed)?
Reasoning I ask is because I ordered grey interior and was wondering how it would look since they discontinued the "ash" leather interior.

I picked mine up last Thurs!!!! OMG
Traded back my 06 CLS 55 for the S63 I ordered back in the fall. Designo and AMG performance package (delimitation of top speed to 186 mph and 20 inch AMG wheels), distronic plus, panorama sunroof, rear seat and premium 3 package. I also got the missing equiptment and ipod credit of $950. MSRP pf $146,165.00 THIS IS THE SICKEST CAR I'VE EVER OWNED (leased). I took a few pics after we drove up Pacific Coast Highway Sunday, which I have posted. I joined this forum so I could share these. Who else has already picked theirs up? Does anyone know how to activate or make the DVD headunit work?

rslpartners - no it's black - my guess is that the gray would be lighter.
noxxin - the DVD won't work - that's one of the "missing features" - however I'm sure there are work arounds - but if it was there it is disabled when the car is moving (probably a workaround for that as well).
Today was the 2nd day driving to work - I drive it in to NYC daily - I can say the ride is orders of magnitude superior to my old E55, despite the size - it handles as it should - the ABC is fantastic (I'm set in S mode). Still getting used to 7 speed tranny (and it to me) but she flies - a different feel from the E, however.

That black S63 is just downright sinister looking! It is so good to see Mercedes actually making real black leather seats again, not that ugly "charcoal" mess they sold just a few years ago.
