My Re-modified, Modified S65!! NEW PICS
First of all, let me me explain to those of you who don't know me what I have done to this vehicle.
Round number 1 mods: Renntech and additional mods: Cold air intake, bigger inter-cooler pump, ECU upgrade, airbox, Front/Rear radar detectors with front/rear laser diffusers and 20 inch SW-5 wheels.
Round number 2 mods:
LET ME EXPLAIN... I get REALLY bored with my cars and dump them about every 6-9 months. I was going to get rid of this thing, but instead I decided to do a major change. It took a lot of thought and it was a hard decision, but I went to 22's. I know everyone here is going to give me crap about 22's and the performance, but I don't notice it at all. To me the ride is the same, except when you hit bumps in the road, then you can feel them a little bit more.
Ok, here it goes.
22 inch Agetro wheels (custom black lip), I pulled off all the chrome around the windows, the sideskirts, the tailpipes, the rear chrom peice on the trunk and the front grill and painted them black. They smoked out the turn signal lights a little bit on the mirrors and smoked out the reverse lights as well. Notice the tail pipes are flat black. Also the front signal reflectors are painted pitch black. I did some exhaust work and it gave me about 20 HP and the sound is much better. I put a lowering module, pulled off the brake calipers and painted them red to match my side "renntech" badges. I put a small spoiler on the back of the trunk. The last thing I did was put DVD players in the headrests. I will take pics tomorrow night and post. They are very clean and look like factory. The leather around the DVD screens is the same color as my interior. Also, I got wireless headsets and the Players have pre-loaded video games and controllers with them. They are definetly cool for road trips with the kids.....All in all, I LOVE the way it looks. It looks very sharp, very clean and VERY VERY AGGRESSIVE.. The way I think an S65 should look. They shop that did Round 2 of my mods was Platinum Motor Sports out of LA.

Wow looks awesome. I think the wheels look great. You should tint the top and bottom sections of the tail lights, we did it to our s63 and it really sets it off. I'm in Salt Lake quite often I hope I see it driving around.

Gorgeous!
It is awesome, congrats! If you don't mind sharing, where did you get your wheels? I did a few googles on Agetro and couldn't find anything.
Cheers,

I got them from Platinum Motor Sport out of LA. You can't buy these wheels yet. I think they are being released in January. I know the owner of the company so they hooked me up.

First of all, sorry for my english, but believe me I really don't understand how it's possible to ruin a beautifull car (and I know how beauty is cause I have one) like S65.
S65 it's the perfect understatement car.
And now you have a perfect "Hummer sedan model".
Maybe in USA is different than Europe but .... here, in Italy, a Ferrari is a Ferrari only if you take your car as stock (We're talking about a Pininfarina model).
And tha same is for S65.
Style is style.
Think at the old SL (r129 code).
A Bruno Sacco design.
It's still modern even if made in 1991 (less or more).
Someone talk about debadge S65 (I do it) cause "we know what we have and we are not worried about what thinks other people "
Upgrade" are perfect for a Vette, a Camaro, an Hummer, a ML AMG not for a S-class.
Sorry.

Looks great. I would remove the letters and emblems, or black them out too, since they are the only chrome left on the car.
Also black out the chrome rings around the fog lights.
Just my thoughts...

You forgot Honda Civics. Pretty standard to see those types of cars ruined like this one has been. All this car needs is one of those horrid Lorinser body kits. My favorite aspect has to be the Pep Boys-esque TV's with the baby seat(s?) .. The unknown "rim company" with no history is also pretty good.
As far as blacking out the emblums or taking them off.. You really think this guy would do that? No one would know it's a v12!! or RennTECH!! or AMG!! or a MERCEDES!!

What is the situation with the haters on this forum? A rim company that is not known? The rims that are on that 65 are some of the hottest available in the car scene today.
To each his own - and when one buys a S65 he can do whatever the hell he wants with it. I personally love the car and think that it looks fantastic. You should see it in person.
And to the haters - Wait until you can pony up the cash for one. Then make a comment or two.

Well thank you for acknowledging the fact that you are NOT into the car scene. In LA (un official car capital) you have many car modification shops and tuner specialists. Platinum motorsport has been in the game for quite a while - the rims are unique enough that others cannot purchase them yet.
