Renntech ECU Results - 07 S65
Gained 51 rwhp and 68 rwtq
Car feels completely different. I'm sure Downpipes and X-pipe contributed to ECU gain.
Decided to go with Renntech ECU/TCU specifically because my Merc dealership will honor my warranty ONLY with Renntech's ECU. Speedriven, EvoMSit, ect - no warranty. That made the choice pretty easy.

No idea what my times will be

The eurocharged one adds like 134 rwtq.

B. If/when i ever have a problem with the car/engine, and they run any tests or diagnostics that show the car is chipped or putting extra boost.
The dealership said if i am honest with them and produce a Renntech invoice and they confirm that the software is Renntech - we never have issues with warranty.
The Eurocharged ECU claims to add 50hp and 80tw - per their website. The "Stage 2" with re-mapped software, Heat exchanger, and CM30 pumps claims to add more.
With the warranty still in tact, and 50rwhp and 60rwtq proven gains, and Lord knows how many years in AMG/V12tt tuning; i'll take Renntech all day.

But either way, 130+ rwtq from a tune... yeah... no.
Congrats on the tune, I think these are very good results

We do agree on the fallacy perpetrated here, 130+ rwtq gained from an ECU tune & cm30 pump w/heat exchanger no less on an otherwise STOCK 65 turbo setup is PURE FICTION

What would make these type of gains? NEW free flowing CAI, 3" Down-Pipes Hi-Flo or Cat-less, Much Larger Intercoolers, Rear Reservoir tank @ least 5 gallons, MOST important a quality TRUE 110 Ocatane race map.
These exact mods have been done to a handfull of CL65's w/multiple Dyno & better still 1/4 mile PROOF...
Not just a simple Dyno w/ 91 Octane ECU-map/ water pump & slightly bigger H/E

I really have no idea why, he usually bashes other forum members that disagree with him. Blasts eurocharged whenever he can. And vary seldom has anything positive to say

I only brought eurocharged up because:
1. They FAR exceeded ALL of my expectations.
2. I picked up almost 180 ft/lbs of torque, ewhich was MORE than they claim.
3. Beat up on everything at my local flash light drags.
4. And have almost 10,000 miles of trouble free driving on their tune.
Yeah, I guess that is a reason to beat up on them

Keep up the good work

2nd the reason I disagree/challenge Eurcharged is they LEAD Lemmings like you around thinking you gained ANYWHERE near 180 ft lbs tq
seriously guy do some research, 180 tq on ECU tune ONLY S600, is FAR LESS believable than the S65 claims of 130+
But it must be true...They gave me a Dyno proving it

Gentlemen, please check out my original thread on my dyno sheets where Thericker congratulates me on the Good work. Now its all a joke apparently. What changed other than the attitude I wonderBut it must be true...They gave me a Dyno proving it

First of all, ANYTHING I post is first hand knowledge, unlike some VERY special people around here. Not mentioning names of course, SEAN.

Secondly I have been around engines since before you knew what gasoline was, and this I am willing to make a wager on that my friend.
And finally, I could give a rats a__ what you believe, or sometimes want to believe. I was there. I can read a dyno chart. I can program the dyno for you if you like. I can clearance the bearings for you, and time the camshafts. I do not/will not prove my credentials to the likes of, well let us just say special people

Go back to fantasy island, it seems to be your favorite place

Please note: To the enthusiasts that would like more information. Everything that is stated above has already been posted time and time again. Namely my dyno sheets, and of course a very special ones ego/attitude. Please feel free to check out the posts and make your own conclusions. Sorry for the OT
that came about.
