secondary air pump
I had a check engine and it was showing secondary air pump, So went to MB and bought the part, then i swapped the part but its still showing same code.. Anyone have any input.. thanks

BTW: HOW MUCH YOU SPEND ON THE PUMP?

Fuse good relay good.
Most likely the corroded check valves. Take them apart and clean them up or get new ones. If exhaust can't get through them or they don't close the reed valves you get the sec air code.
Don't know why you went to the dealer to buy parts or why you did not test the pump motor before throwing a new part at the problem.

Now take off the check valves and clean then or replace. The motor is operating correct? It should click on when you start the car with the engine cold in the morning or anytime the engine is cold.
