FS or TRADE: Overhauled ABC Control Valve A 220 320 03 58 (A2203200358)
I have 3 of them, fully overhauled and have installed in my S55 without any issues.
Overahuled meaning:
1. Aluminum Block and piston, springs/valve piston cleaned ultrasonically
2. New O-Rings Installed
3. Pressure tested on dead weight tester at 250bar
I paid $230 each As Removed and two hours labor aprox per unit.
Make Offers, I can also exchange your old ones. Not trying to make any money of out it - just covering my costs.

Yes, I just got two used ones - will overhaul them next weekend
In the benz world forum I posted a question about the pumps
C/P here:
Both are ABC pumps, for What I can look up online in terms of pictures they both look exactly the same both made by Luk and on 003 the paper sticker is ixetic and on the 002 its Luk
I checked on epc for both part numbers
Part number: A 0024666001 Designation: HYDRAULIC PUMP
Assortment class Catalog type Model/SA number Mod. des. (digits 4-6)/SA change seq. no.

I looked at the pictures from ebay for both pumps and both are made by Luk with exact mold markings on the back
2108197C and RE2052-1 or RE2052-2
The only difference is that the paper sticker on the front with MB Part number.
Look at this:

and

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this, as the second part is only used on SL series

Hello.
So are you buying old ABC valves? I happen to have two I took out of my S55 some time back. I really wish I knew they could be fixed before I went ahead and bought two new ones and replaced them!
Just let me know if your interested.

Overahuled meaning:

Looking for rebuilt ABC block valves
I have an 03 SL500 and need at least one for the rear. Probably will do both if the price is right. I will be willing to core charge/return the removed set to keep your inventory strong. Looks like my PN search came up with 220 320 12 58. Is this the same as the 220 320 03 58 mentioned in the thread?

ABC rear valve block
Hey looks like you're getting busy on this, I hope I too can get in on the rebuild.
I have an SL55 AMG, mechanic told me that I have a sticking rear control valve, they are going to flush the system to see if that fixes the problem.
If not MB does not make that valve block anymore and I'm looking at having to go to an updated design, the problem is that it requires them to change out a lot of the fluid lines going to and from the pump which means $$$$
I'd much rather get a rebuilt one it it's still available.
Thank-you
