Just got my new S55

I picked up my black/black '04 S55 last Friday. Pretty bad week in Michigan for a new car - it was cold a wet most of the week. But I am impressed with two things. First - Boy, is that car fast and secondly, it sure gets bad milage. My '02 CL500 got arount 18-19 mpg all the time, now it looks like about 13 mpg is the norm. But, the really neat part is how fast this car is. I cant wait for the roads to dry out.

Ditto all the above.. I continually get 13 mpg around town and can't get over 19-20 on the highway... But what the heck gas is cheap and the thing certainly performs... Good luck with your new car. Sometime rolls the windows down and see if you are getting the supercharger clutch squeak on brisk start ups and the shift between 1st and 2nd... That's my only complaint about the car after 7 months.

Congradulations enjoy it. It is so much fun, but holding off until 1000 miles is brutal. Good Luck!

Please Post your specks, color etc.

Try resizing it with Word(only program that came off the top of my head right now).
Try browsing around the Help forum or something.

I m really eager to see the black on black S55.

How can you use word to resize picture files? I would be interested to know, if anyone here would be kind enough to walk me through it. I would appreciate it. I have some pics of an SL600 I would love to upload.

.

The mods have turned off the "feature" of attaching images.
so can you email me the pics?
agupta913@yahoo.com

For word: I'mt not sure how to save the picture after it has been resized.

but anyways..Click on insert and then go to pictures. From there go to add from file (assuing you have the picture you want stored in specific file). Then the image should show up on the "paper". Click on the corner of the pictures so you can shrink it. (note: click on the corners so they keep the image proportional)

Word is not an image program.

Try using Microsoft Photo Editor, which usually comes installed with MS office, that way you can resize your picture.

Or you can just email the pic to me: gurdas@gurdas.co.uk and ill sort everything out for ya.
