What width do you want to go. You generally want to stay around 35. Just remember the higher the offset the more sunk it will be.

I see a lot off rims that I like very much on sale but they are from SL's and CLS's with lower offset 21-27 ? Is any way to use those rims if I use some spacers? or something ?

No. The lower the number the more they stick out so a spacer would only make it worse

I have 19" SL65 wheels on my '03 S55 and their offsets are 44 front and 46 rear. Not sure if this is the same as the stock wheels but they sit very nicely in the wheel wells.

Stock wheels are indeed 44 and 46 offset.

Currently i have a set of 8.5" wide at the front and 9.5" wide at the rear, all with 35 offset.

Fronts sit very nicely, rears hit the bumper and arches.

But let us know what width you intend to use, that can affect offset by quite a bit.
