S65 coil pack

Well it finally happened to me this week, I got the dreaded but not unexpected engine misfire code. I knew the day would come from all the warnings out there and also considering I had the car tuned a couple of years ago.
So what happened was I was driving down the highway at about 70 MPH and I was along side a semi truck. Then all of the sudden the truck started swerving into my lane
leaving me the only safe option of stomping on the gas. She did her job and took off and got to a safer place but at a cost. Check engine light came on and I could feel a stumble now coming from that beautiful V12TT. I pulled over asap and restarted and the stumble went away but not the engine light. I then went to Advance Auto Parts on the way home and asked them to pull the code, misfire on 6. Went home and googled coil pack and I found Clark Rupp over at V12icpack.com. I ordered a rebuilt unit on Tuesday and by Friday morning she was back up and running. Not only running but I would swear she runs even stronger now(maybe I am just crazy). The reason I say this is because as I was testing the car and pulling onto the highway I gave it all she had at about 50 MPH, she dropped into 2nd gear and the rear end of the car simply went squirly. The car pulled like never she has never pulled before until it hit the redline and slammed into 3rd and kept going.
I am so please with Clark over at V12icpack.com and I would highly recommend him and his services. I was able to fix my car easily with the help of Clark and this forum for about $800 total with all shipping and stuff. Thanks again Clark!
Johan

Good stuff. I used Clark as well when I needed to replace my passenger side coil cassette. Not sure how many miles you had on the plugs when the coil pack went out, but if they needed changing, I hope you did those too.

I just finished installing a coil pack from Clark and it runs better then ever. Clark is the go to guy on coil packs.
