Unless your installing dealership wrote you a side warranty, as soon as you go to any dealer and they pop the hood, they will easily see the upgrades. Some don't care but as soon as you have a powertrain warranty issue, be prepared to pay out of pocket.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Is Mercedes providing any warranty on the rebuilt engine ? If not I'd have Renntech provide a more conservative tune. Also make sure it is optimized for the fuel you will use. Best dyno numbers are achieved with 93+ octane and if that was programmed, and the car was running on the ubiquitous ANC91 pump gas out in California where the repair was done, well that might have been a contributing factor. Knock sensors only pull timing after knock has occured and it doesn't take much to damage an overstressed engine.
Once the factory warranty is up you - which is probably in the next year or so being a MY15 - you might be able to get coverage restored via a 3rd party extended warranty.
Anyway it's an awesome car and must be a real beast with those power figures! Powertrain in my MY15 is bone stock and I've mostly convinced myself it's fast enough for a 4800 lb luxury barge with air suspension.

If the car has been inspected and it is sound, then I don't see any issues. Go for a 3rd party warranty now. I don't think you need to wait until the factory warranty is done which it should be shortly anyway (a year?).
Also legally, the factory warranty stands for anything that is not directly related to the tune anyway so the car is covered for a lot pricey small issues.
