Replacing my daily S63

It used to be easy for me, new car came, I traded my old car in and paid the sales tax on the difference, thus reducing the advantage of retail vs wholesale.
Now, with the new law in Illinois, the new car is taxed almost fully (you get credit only on first 10K of trade in value) so it makes the delta between retail and wholesale significantly higher.
Never sold my car privately (Carrera GT and 575SA being exception and both were sold by me sight unseen, never met the buyer in person and got a wire transfer as payment), so I am not sure how to go about it.
I hate having potential buyers coming to my house and worse, having an unknown individual test drive my car.
It's a 2019 S63, Silver with Matte clear wrap done before delivery($12k, thicker film and very, very high quality, most people can not recognize it was not a real paint), MSRP at $174k, CF package, CF/Alcantara steering wheel), 18k miles, Renntech module allowing unlimited re-flash to 700+HP (only this particular VIN).
No scratches, accidents, full service records.
Knauz is giving me 105k.
I'd like to hear what you guys would recommend,

I hate the tax change in Illinois as well. Would do the Montana plate thing if I thought it wouldn't cause me problems.

So the M5 Competition instead of a 2 year old S63? Curious....why? I LOVE the M5... it's so hot looking but hardly anyone ever trades in this direction.

Knauz offer after all is not that terrible also and a possible money difference is probably not worth the effort of selling myself.
Btw, it is not a Competition model, rather a Limited (time of production) model CS (Club Sport).
I was offered the allocation and decided to try and enjoy it for a while (until S73 or GT73 arrives) and essentially drive it for free (expected resale having nothing in common with a regular M5 Comp.)

It definitely is not going to be as easy as the S-Class in daily use but I will give it a try.
At least it's going to motivate me to continue my Yoga and Pilates routine, my younger brother who suffers from some excess luggage he carries around, found these seats impossible to use.
This is the only interior available anyway, car is lighter then regular M5 and has a bit more power but as a total package just works flawlessly according to reviewers.

Didn't you have more Renntech stuff on the car? Upgraded turbo's? If so I could be buyer and could care less where you live just send ck and shipping Co.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Those M5CS seats are great and hold you in place nicely. They also offer these for the M8. Clearly not comparable to an S-Class but very much like any AMG performance seat (in terms of bolsters) and the BS will require a bit more work for entry/exit. The CF piece between your legs definitely makes for an interesting design element but could have been left out

You have probably missed my unfortunate adventure with getting some unknown substance mixed with gas (for the life of me, I could not remember which of the usual 4 stations I used, left for 2 weeks right after and could not recall where it was)
Gas tank, fuel lines, injectors, pump had to be replaced, Renntech propellers were bent and I had to replace them with stock parts (I had no desire to spend additional $20k plus for Renntech units again).
I have dropped the car off at Knauz (for them to sell) last Friday, have Plaid to use for now as daily and wait for the delayed yet again M5.
